I have never seen those but I use tube jig weights and paint the way I what them and some I tie a small bit of tail on. They can be bought about anywhere. I pour my own but Hagen's has them for sure.

To be honest, I'd like to find someone who can make these with the angles reversed and remove the last or first one. Would make tying a large presentation with hackle or marabou a breeze and would not get matted down as easily. Would make really nice leech jig patterns.
Or tie in some hackle and then pull it back to make a fat shad or something, lol. would keep the material in place and make for some really big presentations.
I'll have to play around with it now, gonna be a long boring fall and winter.

If I'd would have thought about it before tying off, I could have put some tinsel or flashabou for a thorax right behind the hackle.
