For someone somsure color has no role to play…..you sure are fixated on colors. LOL. I have an excuse. I am ADHDTV and look there is a squirrel and all that. Nice work.

I refer to myself as attention to detail oriented but my wife says I’m anal and adhdtv all mixed in one. More people tend to agree with her than me. Lol

Over the years I have made so many color combos and still continue to make more. At the end of the day I have to ask myself who am I doing it for, the crappie or me? I’d be kidding myself if I said for the crappie. I do it more as an expression of art than anything. I sure give away more jigs than I fish with. Color does have a factor but less than presentation.

Have had it laying around for awhile and never knew what to do with it. Also have some wolf I need to use.

OK….so we all see that you are very accomplished. You have set out to be so and you done it. I think you are pretty cool. I struggle still, but hope someday to make the grade.


I see your jig holders and wonder some. I want holders that will hold my jig horizontal while gluing the eyes on. Then flop over to do other eye. Looks like you already have something to do this. If so would you share before I begin mine ?

I’ve gone back and looked at your teal color and I think it might be closer to what I’m wanting to match on some feathers. Some of mine missed the mark but I still like them now that I have them. Guess there are still a couple colors I’m wanting…..lol
