I have never seen a building big enough. Eventually they all get too small

Yes I bought a building when our first daughter was born and we had to clear out a room. When I bought it I thought that’s plenty big and should be enough. Didn’t take long and it was completely full. What I didn’t plan on was wife and girls and all the kids things

I believe given enough time I could fill 10000 square foot warehouse. Wait on second thought I probably should shoot higher

My shop is 12 by 20 and at times that gets pretty small. Easy to heat though as winter can be brutal up here.

I,or we, have so much stuff and most of it will never be used. We hang on to it with thoughts of "what if", We have a 3rd bedroom that is getting fuller and fuller, filled with supplies for the pandemic and many other things.
I am lucky that my wife loves to fish more than I do so an out building wouldn't be hard to talk her into.
For now we do the wrong thing and keep most of our fishing equipment in the Ford Escape year round, but I sure would like some more space.

I know the feeling. Above the lil women's vehicle in the auto garage the ceiling has fishing poles in racks. I have sold 29 rods and reels as I just bank fish these days. I'll get by though, there is still a dozen up there and 18 tackle boxes. Some have not been opened since the 80's. When I quit tourney fishing for bass in 2006 I put all the bass stuff in the attic of garage and never even looked at it since. Yep, next spring more stuff has to go. Oh I sold almost a thousand craink baits. When a new series would come out I would buy direct from the factory. Every size in each color in triplicate. I too know about an understanding wife who loved her fishing.

I house a lot of tools. I sure hate to get rid of them. That is when I will need them

I agree that you can't have a building that's too big, nor can you have too many buildings. I just went (about an hour ago) to look (again) at OLD HICKORY buildings at my local dealer. As I've said a couple of times on different threads: I too, have outgrown my 12X20 barn-style building and I'm now looking at a 12X14 double side-door barn roof with eight-foot walls and quarter lofts, so that I can build rod storage cabinets along the walls, and have room for bigger items such as mower, generator, pressure washer, table saw, and yard tools... making room in my other building for more useable working space. I was about to pull the trigger, but the one in stock was red with white trim and had two windows... I want gray with white trim and don't want any windows.
