When I quit tourney fishing for bass in 2006 I put all the bass stuff in the attic of garage and never even looked at it since. Yep, next spring more stuff has to go. Oh I sold almost a thousand craink baits. When a new series would come out I would buy direct from the factory. Every size in each color in triplicate. I too know about an understanding wife who loved her fishing.
Did you lose your wife? If I did I would be lost!

Dock, it is not that bad, Just two projects in a room gets to cramped for me and I want a super building and just too cheap to spend the money at my age. Any space for a hobby is better than no space. Plus we work together on each of our hobbies and we work better one project at a time.

funfisher, Yes my wife passed in 2000 to the evil cancer. A few years back I ran into a woman that we lived next door to each other all the way thru school. Her in a similar situation and I decided to give it a try. At 60 is a strange time to try and train a person, both ways. LOL. We just roll along and enjoy the company, most days. Hope I didn't babble too long.

I saw the table saw in there. Wood working is a hobby that requires some room. I enjoy building furniture and such when I have the time and inspiration. I usually get myself in trouble. The wife will see something and say I like that. I will say particle board. Then I get voted to build it. Which reminds me I have a top to make for an electric lift desk( adjustable sitting or standing desk

Yes those projects are fun once I get started. I am such a procrastinator it takes that first step. Then I'm all in and can't have anything else in my way. Just one of those folks, Fishing was always the same way, nothing could be on the deck of the boat. They make compartments for that. Just my OCD kicking in.
