I have been buying my paint from TJ's, it's Pro Tec paint. Silver gets the best results by far and there is a different look between it and the other three colors. It appears fluffy, like the did something with the silver that they didn't do with the other colors. Other colors appear heavier than the silver and don't blend like silver.
Dear Jungle Jim,
I finally got lucky. Thanks for the advice.

Congrats on getting it to work. A white base coat is a must except with chartreuse. I get all the jigs I intend to bake in the oven before I turn it on and never open it until I am ready to take them out. Jigs start turning before it even reaches the temperature that It's set for. I do get better results with a cold oven and never open the oven while baking, I think the temperature drop stops the flow. Sometimes I even raise the temp 25 or 30 degrees for the last five minutes for better results.
Ya know I wonder if cold oven at start is my problem. I always have my oven heated and I wonder if putting directly in hot oven is turning it too quickly and setting it up?
