Ultralight jigs

[JUNGLEJIMJIGS]

Here are some 1/48 and 1/80 custom chub head jigs that I made this morning tying them with mallard and gadwall flank feathers, flash and a little bunny hair. I used #8, #10 and #12 sickle hooks except for the red head which is my first tie with a jdm jig head.

The cost of the JDM stuff aside, be careful what you wish for. It’s definitely a rabbit hole that will change the way you think, and most enjoyable. I got bitten by the tiny bug a lot of years ago, it’s been a heck of a ride.

Jim, as always, kudos on the good work. I know the detail they take, and you don’t just sit down and do them anytime. At least I can’t, have to be in the right frame of mind. Yours look consistent from one to the next. That’s good work. Stay warm......

Went to buy up what I could and was out of stock. I just want to see the hooks to see what the hub hub is about. Heads they can keep.

DrNip, maybe I can send a couple hooks to you once they get here. No doubt they are the sharpest hooks I've seen.
