    Default Ultralight jigs

Here are some 1/48 and 1/80 custom chub head jigs that I made this morning tying them with mallard and gadwall flank feathers, flash and a little bunny hair. I used #8, #10 and #12 sickle hooks except for the red head which is my first tie with a jdm jig head. Name: IMG_1727.JPG

The cost of the JDM stuff aside, be careful what you wish for. It’s definitely a rabbit hole that will change the way you think, and most enjoyable. I got bitten by the tiny bug a lot of years ago, it’s been a heck of a ride.

Jim, as always, kudos on the good work. I know the detail they take, and you don’t just sit down and do them anytime. At least I can’t, have to be in the right frame of mind. Yours look consistent from one to the next. That’s good work. Stay warm......

Have you not seen me over the years? I’ve been to and through the rabbit hole and back again. Looking to go back through again! Change my name to DrRabbitHole. Rofl

Went to buy up what I could and was out of stock. I just want to see the hooks to see what the hub hub is about. Heads they can keep.

DrNip, maybe I can send a couple hooks to you once they get here. No doubt they are the sharpest hooks I've seen.
