Any ever tie a jig to mimic a crayfish?

I have for bass but not crappie. Mostly browns, reds and orange mixed in and those are all with buck tail.

This is a 1/30oz × #10 crawfish pattern I tied several months ago. I fished and caught gills on it. No crappie on it. Name: 20200621_173603.jpg

Thanks. I caught some crappie recently and they had small crayfish in them.

Crawfish is why I use a Hot Orange tail after a good rain here and the water is really stained. Crappie love it!

Think the color is enough really unless you just want to tie a craw pattern? If you want to tie a craw pattern there are lots to choose from.

Shmang makes a really cool jig that looks like a crawfish. He buys some squirrel strips off me and showed me his jig. Text him ....really looks good.
