Graduated to salmon eggs and salted minnies for trout. Then store bought spinners, flies and streamers for trout. I had a real job then. Got paid. Our farm didn't pay so well though the food was good till grandma passed. Now it's homemade jigs and spinners with a touch of sauce or nibbles. Take Care fellas....Have a safe holiday!

Oh ..our shrimp comes frozen from Sam's Club.
All very cool stuff! I started life in a farm as well, but it was my uncles farm and he lived in town so we lived in a house on his farm for my first 7 years before dad built a house in town. They wanted me to go to school in town, I cried and threw a fit not wanting to ever leave that farm, lol! We were only moving a few miles from there so I could go back when I wanted! I lived that farm because they let me loose and I have over 100 acres to run wild on!

learned a lot there though and many things seem city people never see, lol! However we had the best garden and more eggs than several families could eat! Food was so much better then!
