Looks pretty fluffy, probably would have good action. I like the color too. I'd give it a try and see what bites.
Bought this in a package of fly tying stuff. Some kind of fur...thinking maybe wolf. Is this stuff any good for jigs? Its 43 inches long.

I would think so as long as you want a natural color! Should be able to cut a bit from the hide and comb the underfur out and tie it in, but probably will need a good hair stacker to help!

Can’t wait to see jig made with it
Here is a jig I made with it.
Combed the underhair out and then cut it into 1/8" strips Tied it close to the bend and wrapped it around the hook like a zonker. It looks fuller than it is because of it is laying down. Kind of see through because the hair is so thin and really cool because some is longer and flairs out.. Cant wait to try it.

Only thing is I am not sure your blade is going to be turning free? A little busy around the head for me. Think if it was not an under spin and just a regularly jig head it would maybe look good for that?

Looks good to me, find out what the fish think and let us know.

Could be wrong but that's coyote fur in its prime.
