    Default Crappie/bluegill spinnerbait.

Tied up a couple 1/27oz jig flies and made a spinner wire of .024 wire and a #1 willow blade. The whole rig weighs 1/16oz and cast very well. Tried a new tail material. It is Hareline flat diamond braid. Lot of flash and movement. Hook is Mustad 9671 #10. Name: 20200625_175723.jpg

    Nice, I like it.

What size is the quick change clasp that attaches the fly?
Great work and excellent wire bending; that alone is an art form.

Agree, nice work! That diamond braid looks like a sparkly bucktail, eh?

I use those quick change clasps. Just watch it as they open fairly easy. Good job.

Also bend / compress the round eye holding the snap till it's out of round or more oblong. This keeps the snap from hanging up on top which it likes to do.
