Larger jigs I believe are 1/32, smaller 1/64 not sure on hook sizes just some unpainted heads I had in my tackle box, painted them up and tied.
Been a member here for awhile just never posted before. I have learned a lot from this site seems to be a great group of people here, the information shared is much appreciated, thank you!
Anyway I just started crappie fishing this past fall been using soft plastics and have been successful but wanted to tie some jigs, been tying trout flies and steelhead jigs for years. Decided to share my first crappie ties here after all the inspiration I have received from this site.

I can tell you your first efforts into crappie jigs turned out so much better than my first to round. Great looking jigs
Very nice ties. Really like that black and blue jig.

Very nice. Love some of those colors. Should work good.
Looks like your doing a great job for a beginner. However your tying the wrong end of the chenille in on all the jigs in the top picture. Rayon solid colors have a direction to it and if you tie it in from the right end it will look a lot better and not open so you can see the cotton. The cotton shouldn't show. Take the solid color Rayon chenille in both hands and between your finger and thumb tips gently and pull one direction and then the other. One was will feel more rough and the other will feel more smooth, you want to tie in the rough feeling end and then you body will look a lot better!
This os one of the tips I try to give all my chenille customers to help them with their tying.
