Default My collection; My wife's gift

Since I began learning how to tie jigs, (and I'm still learning), I've got a small collection. Today, after tying several jigs, I kinda noticed my jumbled mess of jigs laying around the desk top.

Here was my use of some pieces of pool noodle.

I have the jigs divided into sizes. I had already bought little 2x3 baggies and I was just dropping the jigs into the baggies. Now this morning, I stuck the hooks into the noodle. And I was just going to place the little section of noodle with the jigs into the baggies, and then later get a Plano box and organize them like SK and others using that method....
I just got done taking photos of my new organized jigs and showed the photos to my wife. Then she said she had this nice Plano box in a zipper nylon case. She offered it to me for my jigs. Who knew?
But then it was her idea, when we got married, to buy a fishing boat. How many men have a wife that wants to buy a fishing boat?Name: IMG_20200321_123940.jpg

That is a good idea. Even a person buying jigs, could use that method. Way better than, getting stuck by a hook, trying to get them out of a bag, while fishing.

My wife wanted to go Minnesota on vacation, I told her I wasn't going without a better boat. She found me this! Name: 20180627_135350.jpg

Nice jigs and good idea on storage.

About six years ago I wanted to upgrade my boat. Wife and I went looking.

Found a nice upgrade and wanted to "think about it" after about three days of thinking her exact words were, either we go get that boat or I'm going to go get it. Keeper right there.
