    In the spring when I fish with my neighbor so many times I look and can see his Pony jig not very far behind the boat and catching fish!

    Spring meaning we are fishing 6' to 8' of water then.

    I like to troll hair and marabou jigs along with plastic.
    I do believe that I catch more fish on the plastic, but I feel the hair jigs produces a better quality fish.
