    Pipe cleaners are not really good tying materials and better for cleaning pipes. Since I smoke a pipe I have a ton of different kind of pipe cleaners, but wouldn't use any of them in tying.

    Hankill very usable, don't use like chenille wrap, tie it in = fish love it!

    I went back, so it's not wrapped in the one in photo? It's tied on the shank?
    The chenille I have with the purple/pink jig is silver (glitter) gray small size ..I got it from Skip. It ties on these 1/80oz very well. I only get 3 - 4 wraps before I tie it off and cut it loose. Probably less than 1".

    Yes bottom "V" 1st , then wrap thread up hook shank, lay down and wrap top under jig head.
