They'll fit in a regular mold with zero to minimal modification (carefully close and hit with rubber mallet, or a dremel). There are a bunch of options for round head no collar molds from Do It.
The fellow I have been ordering heads from has shut down for a couple of months.
Rather than wait on him I am wanting to get tooled up to pour my own but can't find the molds I need.
I want to pour 1/8 oz with a #6 lil nasty sickle hook, 1/8 oz qith a #4 lil nasty hook and 1/4oz with #4 lil nasty hook. No collar.
I have had a couple of suppliers tell me the mold for a 1/8 oz and #6 hook was not avaliable but I have been buying the jig heads for a couple of years.
Can someone give me the model molds I need?
Thanks
Marty

Try Jacob molds. They are on the internet. They have 1/8 & 1/4 round head

Another vote for the Jacobs. Be aware that there are cheaper molds but none better that I know of. No flash to trim and some have one side with a collar and the other side without. Don’t be afraid to spend some extra, very well worth it.

I have several Do It Molds and have not been disappointed. You can get the item numbers here: Round Head Jig - No Collar
Then you can find used molds on ebay most of the time for quite a bit cheaper than retail. If money is no object, Jacobs Molds makes some top notch products.
