    Yes but it has really helped these particular lakes. And still plenty of limits caught out of them.

    It used to be over 11 in. then later it was changed to over 12 in. The Big 4 reservoirs ( Arkabutla, Sardis, Enid, and Grenada ) in MS have big crappie now. The Biologists know what they are doing. I use size 1 and 1/0 sickle hooks. Our other waters are over 9 and over 10.

    This is the ultimate go to for jig color in MS. ScottV ties these and if were headed there, I’d pay attention to his color choices.

    Orange head, white body, fl yellow tail. Old timer where I live, that’s the only jig he fishes and he’s, by far, the most sac catching person I’ve ever met. On or offline.
