    Beautiful pic. I swear, to me, crappie (or any freshwater fish) taste better out of cold water than warm water. To me, anyway.

    Am I a freak (probably yes), or do y'all agree?

    I agree, I also think they are firmer.
    I think it’s a forgone conclusion, if your on CDC your a freak! LOL

    I agree, crappie fillets are firmer from cold water....😎
