    Default They were hitting Black and Chartreuse today.


    Decided to tie a few since hand ties seem to be more durable for shooting docks and hold scent better. Buck tail, hackle and some palmar chenille for tail material, Black sparkle chenille for the body. These were quick ties to take with me in the morning.     Let us know how they work. I usually like plastic better for shooting I think they skip across water better.

    I usually use plastics also. Gluing them to the jig head helps them stay in place a lot better

    Those jigs will work Jack, not sure about skipping though. Show us some fish pictures.

    Didn't grab them off the tying desk on the way out the door this morning. I will hve to wait till nest weekend to try them now

    I found a few on the docks Yesterday and today. They should move up on the docks when the weather starts to cool.
