I'm liking those jigs! Any way you could post a video on how to tie them? Or, is that a trade secret?

    Thnx for the comments guys
    cool pic if
KC - to simple to be a trade secret. Although there was a guy out here in SoCal that was claiming a knock off as his signature jig. There is a tutorial - might have to goggle it.

Hardest part of tying this jig is controlling thread pressure. Wrap loose toward the head - while adjusting legs - add pressure when you wrap back toward the center. If the legs flair you are wrapping to tight. When you need thread - pinch the body and legs while you pull off thread. The tail is reverse of the head. Adjust the legs, wrap loose, and increase pressure toward the center. If every thing falls into place you won't have to figure 8 the front legs. I use a whip finish.

Got this 2lb CNBG today on a blue Auto. The head is powder painted with CAs super glow blue.

Nice looking fish for sure! The reel seat on that rod looks comfy... have you ever tipped with crappie nibbles before?

VCM - I have tried them with limited success. I'll fish the jigs with out tipping but the catch rate goes way down.
