Do it has the jnr-8-1632 . If you want a #2 hook you will to mode it. Go to Barlow's.com they have alots of molds
I've looked at jig head molds until my eyes are crossed. All the details get to running around in my head, bumping into each other, and I am getting lost in the translation...
Here's what I want. A multiple cavity mold, that will make ball head, no collar jigs that will mold 1/32 and 1/16 ounce ONLY and accept a #2 lite wire hook and sickle hooks. If it's out there, I can't find it. I'd also like one that does the same thing, but with a single barbed collar. I don't want one that has one 1/32 and one 1/16 ounce cavity.
Also, I'd prefer one of the cheaper molds, like Do-It.
If anyone can help, I'd surely appreciate it.

When it comes to using a #2 in a no collar mold you will have to modify the mold to handle the longer hook shank. It takes about 15 mins to do a whole mold with the right bits. You start with a standard do it no collar mold. As for the ones with a single barb, same deal as above unless you can find the older do it mold that doest have the bracing running the length of the mold. Regardless, it can be made in about 15 mins as well......

Thanks for the replies. I'm a pretty handy guy, what should I use to modify the jig? If it's a certain dremel bit that you guys use, a part # would be awesome to have. I do a lot of metal work, but not a lot of "fine" metal work. I know a dremel can dig out a lot of soft metal quickly if I'm not careful or have the wrong bit.

Pictures of a modified mold would be great also as I would like to do the same thing in the future.
I used a machining bit i found at the flea market, check with the tool guys, and used my drill press. If you put your mind to it you can also figure out how to make it into a redneck milling machine. Worked great for my needs.
Creativity is just intelligence fooling around
Settle for a #4 sickle and order them by the 100s already made fur 12.00 a hundred
I have a Do-it mold that does 1/32 and 1/16.I like #2 sickle hooks in my 1/+6ball head jigs. I found with care they will fit my molds fine. But must check each one carefully to ensure that the hook is in place right.
