Now if anyone still has any of these, what is the head and body look like it's made out of? In on of the pic's on the go to site it showed a pattern for the wing but didn't say what it was made out of. Any help is greatly appreciated. Eric, AKA "Jamesdean".

If the picture of the original jig is any indication, it looks like the "wings" are thin plastic (or possibly rubber) that are somehow attached to the jig, over the feathers.

Shuroc is still an active member ... so you might shoot him a PM and ask him if he knows anything about the original jig.

James if you do a bunch of searching through this forum, hopefully you will find your info. I remember a few years back there was a story in here someone wrote about that jig, who originally tied and sold them. Then there was one on how to make the wings, what they were originally made from and how to tie them in.

Well as I said, I did a search on the site and found a wealth of information on the no-alibi jigs dating back a few years. Lots of good info in their too. Thank you Cray for the heads up. Should have known I would find the info on crappy dot com and not out in the wide world of the internet. Going to give these a whirl and try them out up here and see if they will work like they seem to down in S.C. and Florida. Who knows, don't think many fish up here have seen them to be wary of them...
One of the tiers down that way said they were using worm head jig heads but I don't have but ball head jigs, so I will try them and see what happens till I can get some of those worm head jigs. Thanks again everyone for the help and guidance. Eric, AKA "Jamesdean". CDC community is always the best.
