    Default First rabbit zinger

Didn’t know what to do with this stuff so I found a Utube how to staring Stump hunter and followed his lead. He made it look easy.

Inspired so I tied a few others. Name: IMG_0167.jpg

Looks like a winner Cane Pole! All I do with crosscut rabbit is lay down a really good thread base, then I tie in the hide at the end of the shank just before the bend, then I do a 3 or 4 turn whip finish back there. Then I add a little super glue and once it soaks in just a few seconds I start to wrap the rabbit to the head and then finish. That is one of the very few places I ever use super glue. I do finish like a thread neck so I use Softex over the thread finish.

I should add that if I use a Zonker and Crosscut then I do the same thing except tie in the Zonker first and then tie in the Crosscut, but basically the same way.
