    Found this on how to make a Foam Popper from a pair of Dollar Tree Flip Flops...
    Used a 30/30 cartridge as a cutter for the foam.
    Lots of options for this.

    Yes have seen that done, the fly guys don't miss much and reading their boards can sure give you some ideas to try here on crappie! I used to be on there a lot and should have kept going really. Shame on me!

    I used to glue several layers of craft foam together. Green and yellow, green and white, and so on. Great perch poppers
