I honestly can't believe he hasn't been arrested for interstate theft. I guess the only reason is most orders are small enough it doesn't draw attention.

PayPal has other complaints about him taking the money and refusing to send the goods.

On one of the Facebook groups there is a pretty long post on him with complaints from people still waiting on their order. Some waiting years.

I have delta with him a few times for prob 4k hooks each time and I haven't really had any problems.

Grandpa Bob's is at it again. Made an order 10-5-2021. Still haven't received it! I have called him up 6 or more times and get the bull**** excuse he can't find what I ordered. 2 weeks ago I told him I wanted my money back. Still nothing. Will be filing a complaint with Paypal and BBB.

I made two large orders from Grandpa Bob's in December 2020 and January 2021. Been ordering from him for years and while the shipping was slow I always got my stuff but every time it seemed I had a longer wait. The December order took a month to arrive and was shorted a few items. There was no packing slip so I only figured it out by counting everything. The second order just never shipped. I waited two months and then had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. I also filed a claim for the missing items in the previous order and PayPal just credited me back the full amount, which was around $100. Honestly, I wonder if he died or something.

I've been getting progressively less and less satisfied but the prices were good and he had a lot of chenilles so I put up with it but this time was the last straw. Currently looking for another, more reliable source but it seems like everyone is having supply issues.
