I have never seen it offered in bulk, only packs for sale. I am not even sure who is importing it, thought I knew that, but not not so sure about it at all.
Just an FYI, I buy almost everything in bulk, but have never found this in bulk.

Have not looked in a number of years, but I did look back when I was so sold on that chenille. For a new tier there is no easier full body type chenille to make look good! I found this was easy to make look nice even as a beginner when back then we didn't have so much help and it was a self taught thing unless you took fly tying lessons which there were none anywhere near me. I never found any kind of bulk back then.
