    Default Bluegill bed picking


    My dad and I picked some Bluegill beds just across the river in a city water reservoir and in a local lake. Lots of action and bigger gills on the beds about 5’ deep. Big fun with hair jigs and wax worms. Lots of good eating.

    Good deal, I've flat loaded the freezer with them the last couple days. Time to chase toothy critters. When gills are on, that is about as fun as it gets.
