    Default Shout out to cevans

I don’t know you but I read all your reports. I’ve learned a lot about pulling Picos from your posts. Today I got my personal best crappie of 15” thanks to you sharing your knowledge. At Monroe 74 degrees 12-14 fow 1.6 mph and Mudbug was the hero.

Lol! You guys are right. Cevans has caused me to spend a lot of money on Bandit and Pico lures in the last couple of years. I feel like I am a pretty good stick with a jig pole as I have been fishing that way for 20+ years with quite a bit of success. Pulling cranks has been a fun change and very rewarding. Glad for all the sharing he has done. Keep it up Cevans!! Thanks!

I call it the Holy Grail of Cranking. Read it sometime as it’s a long read,,but will give you the ins and outs of cranking. The Mississippi crappie fishermen put cranking all together and refined it over time. 17.5 inch crappie out of Monroe is my best right off Grubb Point is stumps next to the point along the middle fork creek channel. But..was long lining a chartreuse tube injected with nibbles 1/8 Roadrunner head. There’s a time for jigs also.
