Bridge by Hogsback open yet ?

Anyone know if the little bridge on 50E behind Hogsback (east side of river) is open this year ? It's been closed for almost 3 years now. It looked done last year but they had it blocked with a pile of gravel. I have to take the long way around till it opens. Any word ? Thanks

Thanks. I guess at this point they will never open that road. Ugh
