This is a very good sign as this will help the fish become more active. He also suggested early June as a good time to fish the streams for fresh skamanias. I work as a flyfishing guide in Pa and guide lake Erie steelhead fishermen in the fall so I am familiar with stream steelhead fishing. I did download a public access map of Trail creek so that should be of some help. It seems like every state has good and not so good social media information on fishing. I was very impressed with the return call from the biologist. I think they all try to promote fishing so I assume they all try to do the best they can.
