    Default struggled this weekend

Got out on a incredibly busy lake on saturday. Ended up keeping 9, only caught about 20. Lake was the most crowded I've seen it in over 30 years.

Wanted a few more for dinner, so went out today in the rain. Caught a few dinks, and managed to find 4 good ones, which is about what I wanted. Fried them all up tonight with some corn on the cob and homemade cocktail sauce. Well worth the amount of time it took.

I don’t think I have ever seen the lakes on weekends as crowded as they are now. Seems like Monday thru We’d is the days it’s least crowded. Can’t imagine how next weekend will be. Glad you got some fish.

I would say these boat shows and sale are working well. I wondered when the state would run out of water for all the boats they are making and selling. With people out of work and some nice weather, they are getting out and social distancing the best they know how. The fish population did not take a big hit this winter as far as ice fishing goes, but this spring might make up for it. With 80 degrees in the forecast. I am sure the lakes will be even busier next weekend. Gotta get out when you can.
