Thread: Raccoon lake

Went out this evening for 3.5 hrs caught 47, didnt keep any so no pics.. all caught in 13-16 ft of water on Road Runners with twister tail bodies in Joh Deere green and a Chartreuse single tail tad pole looking body.. Fish were hitting very agressive even the small ones were getting it deep in there mouth. Water is still very high, they say 7.4 feet but it looks like 9 ft to me. All crappie except for 1 White Bass.

went back to Raccoon yesterday, 1st 3 hrs there we caught 6 crappie, last hr and a half we caught 49.. all on Road Runners again. Also caught one 2.5# White Bass.
Lake is now 5.5 ft high..maybe less as of today.

Are there any launches close to coves?
