Thread: In the rain yet again at Worster: 30may19

Me and my friend John went out on Worster today in the rain. Fishing was very good and had a blast.

I really think the wipers in here have really improved the pan fishing. This year I have not caught any wipers
so I kind-of think there almost gone. Last year I caught a bunch on 4# ultralight gear. That's a blast hearing drag from these freight trains of a fish!

We were supposed to be camping at Sally and fishing from his new pontoon boat but we cancelled on account of mother nature.
Sad, we had a nice camp site reserved.

The water temp was 70-72 F.
All these fish were caught trolling #4, 5 and 6 flicker shads in 9 to 12 feet of water at 1.0 to 2.0 mph.
Tried the shallows in the sticks and they still are not there yet. very weird.
