I always like flooded brush in the summer. Try a slip bobber and minnow !
I'm going out to Sally again on Saturday to troll and jig for some crappies and I'm wondering
if there is even a remote chance of catching anything with the water 6 feet above summer pool.
Do they move towards the banks?
Anybody have any thoughts or tips to share for these conditions?
Thanks everybody!
Regards Chris

Might want to stay down around Dora again, if the dam is closed it will push cold clean water up in that area, we have
done really well when this happens, if the dam is open it will get full of debris and stained water quickly, that's our home
lake, like the reservoir a lot.

It gives you more area to fish and more brush to cover. I remember a couple years ago when the water was touching the bottom of the 105 bridge. Guys were fishing from the roadway in the tree tops and getting fish. It will probably never happen again in my lifetime.
fish generally move up when the water does. try the back ends of bays in the brush.
