    Glad the spawn is on, down here we're already having to put sunblock on'em just to get'em to stay in the sun. lol
    Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.

    Strange year I caught redear spawning in early May in a smaller body of water.

    interesting observations. i dont have a way to tell my speed. just put the trolling motor on 3 and a good bend in the rod. same way i do the trout accept shallower, without the wired on weights.
