    Default Minnows around Patoka Lake.


    Trying to find a good place to get minnows to fish Patoka this weekend. Staying in Jasper and going to try and find some crappie. Never been on the lake and if anyone has some pointers please PM me. Thanks

    Bait shops located out on 145 south of the lake and also one north of Painter Creek about a half mile.

    Thanks Cevans . I tried finding the places you mentioned but they seem to be on Monroe. I am fishing Patoka Lake and was trying to find some minnows. Thanks for your time.!!

    Sorry about that I edited the post. Go south of Patoka on 145 about a mile is a bait shop and also another one on 145 north of Painter Creek about a half mile towards French Lick.

    Jeff's Bait in Jasper too a half block from the Schnitzelbank. Crappie USA will be there Saturday. I am headed up this morning to pull some cranks.

    Poor Boys on 145 south of 164 always had good minnows. East side of the road about 1/2 - 3/4 mile south.
