    its a long read but worth it and a guy on ms board makes and sell wieghts for pushing cranks

    That's ScottV, read the thread, it will do a couple of things. First it will give a BUNCH of insite on the art of pulling cranks, most days it is not an art but there are certainly days it is. Second thing it will do is give a pretty good idea of how to read the MS boards, lot of playing around on the board but when you need help they are rite there for the most part. 3 years ago I was as lost as I could be when it came to anything other than single-poling during the spawn, now I feel confident I can go to the lake and have a good chance of catching a mess of crappie 12 months out of the year. Crappie.com is responsible for that, at first on just the MS boards and now across the whole site. KISS, keep it simple stupid has always worked for me and the way I need it, the cranking thread will do just that. Good luck and don't be skeered to ask questions.
