Thread: Indiana Slab Jersey Order Instructions

Hey Guys--I am ready to take orders for jerseys/hoodies. If you have logos, do not care where they are placed, and want me to do placement of the logos, email me your logo list at [email protected]
If I do not have one of your logos in the library, I will let you know. If you have specific placement of logos and you know where you want them, please go to this link and fill out the order form with logo name and placement: HOOKED FISHING INC ORDER FORM

Keep in mind, the logos must be placed surrounding the Indiana Slab logos already on the jersey. So logo placements that are available are F2-F12, B2-B6, R2, L2 ONLY.

If you want a jersey/hoodie different than the Indiana Slab background, the discounted price will not apply. I will be taking orders thru February 10th. I have 2 already and ahve done the artwork on them..As you order I will complete artwork. After everyone has ordered, we will take a final tally and determine price based on the total amount. Magic # is 20!!!
