    5 waleye 16" to 20", limit of crappie and 45 minute game warden check at ramp to measure 30 crappie. crappie 5' to 20 feet ,black and yellow jigs .45 minutes late for dinner. irate wife.

    I know it seems like a lot of time spent with a game warden, but they are appreciated for doing a necessary service. I can't imagine what some people would catch if not for limits. Hopefully they were professional and all went well. Sounds like a great day

    I'm heading down there for a long weekend of fishing in about an hour myself. Hope I have as much luck as you did.

    Always good when the wardens are out. Though I can see the wife not being too happy............at least for me the beer will still be cold in the fridge when we get back to the room! LOL
