2 of us Launched at Eagle Creek. There are a bunch of rocks there at the ramp so if your rig doesn't have any turn radius, you need to be careful.
Fished from 11am - 2pm. Water temp 61. Clarity was about 2’.
Headed South from the EC dock and fished any cove that didn’t already have 10 boats.
Minnow under a slip bobber from the bank out to 6’ on brush.
Kept 13 nice crappies. 12 of them were over 10”.
Eggs in the females were still firm. I’m not a biologist, but would estimate there is still quite a bit of time before spawn…2 weeks maybe, I don’t know.
