I think the fear is too many people will stay in this state so they try to influence that. Some of the recreational laws here are so outdated that it's just crazy.Originally Posted by Micanopy

There is no problem with A or B provided both people in the boat land fish. Rotate the retrieve of each caught fish and you avoid issues.

If fisher driving the boat is not within arms reach of at least one pole then fisher two is in harms way with the law as written. My opinion only
