I wpold say 40 to 50 degree water for spawners and any time pulling live bait or cranks. Just remember that they eat every day. Time of day can be critical.
When is the best time to fish for walleye on Shelbyville lake?
Any info would be appreciated

Old Lake Shelbyville guide liked June and was pulling spinners around stumps. Or points blasted by harsh wind creating a mudline. You may have to dig into some posts from years past. Most Guides got smart and stop posting everything on here. "FISH THE BRIDGES"
