started fishing at 6:30 AM crappie didn’t really start biting until 10 AM By noon I had my limit of overs- only kept minimum of 11 inch crappie because their kind of scrawny-caught over 100 /10-15 foot of water Lay downs and trees by laydowns minnows work better than Jigs Towards the back of coves Didn’t really have much luck in deep water water temperature 86°

There’s a lot of camping I personally enjoy Wolf Creek or Coon Creek but all the campgrounds are nice if you have a senior pass it’s half price at Corps of Engineers campgrounds reservations must be made online and you can view all the campgrounds online where they will tell you about reservation process Good luck
