    From what I've seen on Facebook it's all or mostly open. Did see a post somewhere that docks were even put back in at wilbourn

    Was the dock in at Wilborn ramp? Or did you put in elsewhere? Dock is out at 9th st.

    The dock is in at Wilborn. Gonna keep it in till it starts to freeze again.
