Haven’t been to Clinton in 10 months. I went today. Warmest water was 52. Saw some that was 42. The wind was almost cooling the water all day.
Two of us maybe had ten keepers up to 11.5 “ all release the keepers were in warmer water.
The cool water had some little ones. Past spots that have been productive wee not today.
Got a few small stripes as well in warm water
All fish on jigs, twisters, or a jig and bobber combo
Had aqua view camera in some spots saw some drum schools baby crappie and bluegills.
No a lot of people were out maybe six trailers in lot and only few cars parked at bridge

There was a lot less steam in the spillway then normal. So maybe plant was not running. Also barley any current under the bridge either
