Has there been a shad kill yet? Thought about heading up Saturday morning. Hate to see people take advantage of the good fishing yall have.

spoke with a fisheries biologist for lake we fish a lot and he says flatly that fisherman arnt the biggest factor in populations of lakes. more to do with spawn and shad populations. but no matter what the rules are the rules and if some selfish fools are taking way to many fish they need to be reported if you know. I have personally done so on fools who brag about what they have taken. in MO and man states you can take one limit at one lake and then empty your live well and put them in cooler and legally go to another and fish. Plus you have to have them marked correctly as to where and when you took them in your possession. Not complicated and most folks I know follow those rules.
Thanks mando thanked you for this post
