Coon creek RV resort. They have cabins the campsites are leased year round by long term members. Great place great owners.

I would recommend Sullivan Marina. They have covered boat slips with Power, suites/hotel rooms, and is the only place on the lake that you can leave your boat in overnight.

I prefer to camp. I've camped at Eagle Creek, Coon Creek and Forrest Bo Woods. the camping fee includes the ramp fees. Each campground has it's advantages and dis-advantages.

Gregory’s on the south end looks nice and my friends stay every summer it’s right out the gate from Lithia i usually camp at LithiA. I’ve camped at Sullivan but I think the rooms looked nice. I may have asked to look at one once. Both are on opposite ends of lake. I usually catch all my fish south but I go in summer. Never been in spring. I always camp and have stayed at most camps
grounds on Shelbyville. I like Lithia best

Spawning season, fun time of the year! Your options are limited if you are wanting a covered slip every night! As jdubs45 said Sullivan Marina is about the only covered slip. And that being said the north end of the lake is always good in the spring. Plus the Shelbyville Cube Habitat has Shelby Cubes and Georgia Cubes that you can fish. They also offer maps and GPS coordinates of all the cubes in the lake. You cant go wrong coming to Lake Shelbyville for some great fishing.

If your coming in the Spring attend the Crappie.com Spring gathering. It's the same weekend every year. I'd have to look and see which weekend for 2020.
