Went for a few hours yesterday, was a little chilly for late April. Fishing was slow for me, only caught 4 fish. Water was around 62 and very muddy up Johnson creek.

Same for me. Caught 4 fish. Last week before rain I caught a limit each day on brush and timber . In 8 to 20' of water. No fish on these places Sunday.

I caught 3 of my fish in about 12' and 1 in 4'. Not sure what to make of that, I'm fairly new to crappie fishing at Kinkaid and have found it to be pretty challenging for the most part.

It has been strange to me at times. Last week for 2 days I caught a bunch of fish
    Several 10 and 12s
Threw back alot of small ones. But since this little cold front over weekend they seem to changed up. May e have moved into shallower water. I still see big schools of them floating around 2 to 4 ' of water on side image. About 20 to 40' from banks in places.

I went out late Sunday afternoon, fished several brush piles in 10-14fow no luck. Pulled up to a tree in 8' and started catching them about 4' deep. Caught roughly 15 pretty quickly but only 5 keepers, all off the one tree. Ran out of time to try anything else. Water temp was 63-65 still dirtier that usual but much clearer than last week. Hopefully get a change to get out this weekend.
