I got this new jigging reel. It’s a fly reel type does anyone have one. I like it because it’s smaller then mr crappie solo reel but it’s in reverse because it clicks when I reel in instead of pull line out does anyone know how to reverse the retrieve
I like to reel with left hand rod in right. I mount it like a spinning reel
I’m left handed but when I started fishing it was all right hand gear so still fish that way

It's hard for me to explain but yes you can reverse it. You have to remove the spool and remove the one way bearing inside the spool and turn it over then reassemble. That bearing is about a half in long. There is a real light wire clip that has to be removed. Be real gentle with it. Do this over a large towel so hopefully you don't lose it.

Gizmo, I just got 4 of these in the mail. They are ST60's. I posted a eBay link to seller just below picture. They are about twice as big as the one you got. I didn't like the little bitty one with arthritic hands. Tried a couple of these on a whim and like them so much better I ordered 4 more. And at 15.00 for four dang good price. Delivery is slow because they come from China by mail. Took about a month to get these. One nice feature these have is a little push button to disassemble real and reverse the bearing.
