Default The weather has been hot and so has the fishing..

Haven't posted much this summer. With the heat we've had and this unusual summer with the rain the fishing has been pretty good for Crappie with crank baits. We've been running bandit 300 series 10 to 12 feet deep in about 20 to 30 foot of water on Main lake. This should continue until this heat wave lets up. On average in a eight hour day you can catch 30 to 40 fish with maybe 15 to 18 over the 10 inch mark. Then you add in your unders and you have a nice bag of fillets to take home. Here are some pictures from September.. I have a few openings left from mid November to the beginning of December and that's when we usually catch our bigger crappie if you can handle a little cold weather. I'll be ready for this cool down coming. Should be a great fall.. tight lines everyone. Could someone rotate pictures? Thanks and..enjoy
