    Default Rain Gear

I found out the hard way in MS that my trusty rainsuit is not so trusty anymore. Anyone seen deal on a high quality rain suit? So far I'm considering the frog toggs guide suit or BPS Goretex Pro Qualifier.

I want something that I can count on to last many years and to keep me dry in heavy rainstorms.

Not sure of any deals but that's defiantly one item you get what you pay for on I tried a few cheap ones before finally buying the cabelas gore tex guide wear suit and it's well worth the money

I bought a Huk suit a while back from Offshore Apparel online and have been very pleased with it and they will ship for free if the order is over $50

I agree, your going to have to spend some money if you want something that will last for years. I bought the Columbia Omni Heat, fisherman series a couple of years ago. My only complaint is that you will burn up in it if the temp is above 70*. Be prepared for sticker shock.
I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin' and hook up with them later.

I use BP Bone Dry Waterfowl gear since I get cold easily. It will cook you on warmer days but you can remove the liner on the wader jacket, and walah, you're good. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Best prices in fall and near end of waterfowl season.

I agree with just4slabs you pay for what you get I got BPS 100 mph suit I was out of close to $600 bucks but it keeps me warm and dry. I also get cold easy and I did not like my sleeve and neck getting wet my suggestion is to shop around until you find something in your price range and you will be happy with. good fishing this year keep your line wet and your body dry.

FroggToggs products work very well. They do what they are designed to do. They keep you dry, and for the price, you can buy two or three for lots less than all that high-priced stuff.
